Dr Tony Parkes
Appointed 1993, chair since 1996 Tony joined the EnviTE founding management committee after retiring from a distinguished career in Australian and overseas finance. He is an ex-chairman of Lloyds Bank NZA and a number of other public companies. He was Richmond Vegetation Management Committee chair and Richmond Catchment Management Committee vice chair. Tony is president of Big Scrub Landcare and the recipient of the NSW Landcarer of the Year gold award.

Martin Novak
Appointed 1996 Martin is a macadamia grower and the founding president of the Subtropical Farm Forestry Association. An active member of Whian Whian Landcare, he is passionate about rainforest restoration. He is involved in aid projects such as the Vietnam Macadamia Project which helps Vietnam's farmers trial macadamia plantation models to help raise incomes and improve sustainability.

Rhonda James
Appointed 2002 Rhonda is the founding director of Bushland Restoration Services Pty Ltd. She has collaborated with council and the landcare network to enhance the natural environment in the Tweed Valley. Rhonda serves on multiple community committees and teaches at TAFE.

David McInnes-King
Appointed 2003 David is chairman of Richmond Landcare Inc, an umbrella body representing over 70 landcare groups. He is a committed environmentalist who volunteers an enormous amount of his time. David has also authored a book titled Tree Dinosaurs.

Judy McDonald
Appointed 2005 Judy, whose background is in education, was project officer for Brunswick Valley Landcare between 2000-10, and remains very active in the local community. She has been involved in developing local sustainable agriculture and food security initiatives and currently manages the New Brighton and Mullumbimby Farmers Markets.

Lance Blemmings
Appointed 2007 Lance co-founded Diggers Headland Dunecare in 1990 and is a long term member of Clarence Landcare. He has experience with training and voluntary work opportunities for long term unemployed and disabled people. He is involved with property management and maintenance, bush regeneration and has tourism business interests. He is passionately committed to environmental conservation.

Dr David Lloyd
Appointed 2007 David is senior lecturer at the School of Environmental Science and Management at Southern Cross University. Amongst other ventures he has spent many years collaborating with Indigenous communities both in Australia and the Pacific to build capacity, particularly in relation to natural heritage management.

Alan Rich
Appointed 2007 Alan is a retired councillor from both Ballina Shire and the regional water authority, Rous County Council. He had a renowned international media career encompassing surf film production and distribution, photography and journalism. His background also includes landcare, botanical consultancy, academic research and environmental advocacy.

Ashley Love
Appointed 2009 Ashley has had a distinguished career in the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service. Now retired, he is president of the Coffs Harbour-Bellingen branch of the National Parks Association, a member of the Solitary Islands Marine Park Advisory Commitee and a volunteer with his local dunecare group.

John Milne
Appointed 2009 John retired from a long career in public service where he held the positions of regional manager of the former Department of Employment, Education and Training and regional manager of Centrelink. He is now a director of the Ballina Fishermen's Cooperative.

General Manager - Meg Nichols
Responsible for all operations of EnviTE including project implementation, training functions, strategic and operational planning, financial management, accountability and human resource management.
This involves effective liaison with and direction of management and other staff with responsibilities in these areas, regular and comprehensive reporting to the Management Committee.
Meg is also expected to liaise and negotiate with funding agencies and organisations in the fields of training and environmental work, in furthering the objectives of EnviTE.

Environment Manager - Mike Delaney
Responsible for the development, planning, implementation, management and financial sustainability of EnviTE Environment's Natural Resource Management (NRM) projects and services.

Employment Manager - Angela Rigney
Responsible for high performance and contract compliance in the delivery of Job Services Australia contracts and other employment programs, including the delivery of a coherent integrated service to job seekers and employers.
