Does your service cost money?

No. We are funded by the Australian Governement to provide free recruitment services to employers.

Will I be able to choose the right person for the job?

Yes. The final decision is always yours.

You can choose whether we provide a group of pre-screened candidates for you to interview, or whether we do the interviews for you. Either way, if you are not satisfied with the candidate(s) put forward, we will continue to recruit to find the right person.

How long will it take to find someone to fill the vacancy?

We aim to give you a short list of possible candidates wthin 48 hours of lodging your vacancy. However if you have specific recruitment requirements, such as written applications to address criteria, the time frame will be longer. We can discuss this with you further when looking at your individual needs.

Do I have to employ someone full time?

No. While full time employment is the ideal outcome for most unemployed people, any opportunity for paid work and valuable experience is appreciated. We will recruit for full time, part time, temporary and casual work.

Are there any financial incentives?

Yes. We can assist you with a flexible incentive program which we can negotiate with you when we discuss your individual requirements.
