About us

Formed in 1993, we have over fifteen years experience working to make a difference in local communities on the NSW north coast.

We are a not-for-profit organisation created to assist long term unemployed and disadvantaged job seekers who would benefit from and welcome the opportunity to participate in environmental restoration projects.

Recent years have seen an increase in our delivery of environmental services and training, and a stronger involvement in developing employment opportunities for Indigenous people whilst maintaining our commitment to servicing the disadvantaged through various employment programs.

We have over 75 employees and have developed strong working links with over 400 organisations delivering a range of services.

The NSW north coast is a better place to live thanks to the commitment of our staff and partners to our local area. We will continue to seek out new opportunities in all our areas of operation.

Vision

To make a long term difference in the local community by providing opportunities through training, work experience and employment to care for and sustainably manage our environment.

Mission

Working with the community to provide opportunities for disadvantaged unemployed people delivering best practice training and professional services in environmental restoration.
